A "Do Not Forget" List for Beach Days

A

Alright babes, I put together a list of your beach must haves that you definitely won't want to forget for your days at the beach. You're Welcome (;

1. Towel or Sheet

This one is kind of obvious. No one wants to lay on the hot sand. A sheet is huge so you'll have plenty of room but a towel will do just fine. I suggest bringing a towel if you plan on taking a dip in the water.

2. Dark Tanning Oil

If you have fair skin or burn easily, for the love of God, do not forget sunscreen you will regret it and it's totally not worth the gnarly sunburn. For my ladies who tend not to burn I suggest wearing sunscreen but definitely make sure you bring your Dark Tanning Oil by Sainte Muse, you will leave the beach with an effortless dark tan.

3.Water

Do not forget to bring water. This is bound to take a toll on your body that only water can restore. It is so important to stay hydrated when spending a day in the hot sun.

4. Book or Magazine

I prefer to stay off my phone while I'm at the beach and although the view is nice and people watching is entertaining, I like to bring a good book or magazine to get into while I'm relaxing on the beach.

5. Luxe Rosé Facial Mist

Your skin is definitely not feeling it's best when you're sweating your a$$ off at the beach, so bring a facial mist like the Luxe Rosé Facial Mist to spray on your face when it feels gross or sweaty. It will leaves your face refreshed and feeling better than ever.

6. Sunnies

You'll most deff want a cute pair of sunnies to protect your eyes from the sun while you're laying on the beach looking fab, and to stunt in cute insta photos.

Those are the basics that I can't have an enjoyable beach day without. Of course you can personalize your bag to fit your needs but make you're not forgetting these 6 things and I promise you a beautiful successful beach day. Enjoy.

Beach waves are a summer essential. They look incredible on short hair or long, thin or thick, straight or curly. Also, it really doesn't take much effort and there’s so many ways to achieve beach waves. Count me in.

 Below are 5 different ways to get the best looking beach waves!

1.) Braid before you sleep: This is the lazy girl’s ways to get beach waves, so me. After you shower, towel dry your hair. Separate your hair into 2-6 sections, so that you end up with 2-6 braids depending on how big you want your waves to be. Braid the sections. Go to sleep looking like some kind of alien and wake up with beautiful beach waves. Run your fingers through it and spritz with a sea salt spray for some more texture.

2.) Wand it: Another way I curl my hair is with a curling wand. It gives you that beach wave look without too much time or effort. The size of barrel just depends on how big you want
your waves to be. Before you begin curling, spritz your hair with a heat protector, your hair will thank you. Then take one
inch pieces of hair. wrap around barrel (leave the bottom 2 inches out) and keep it there until your hair is warm to touch. Reminder, be incredibly careful not to burn yourself. Once you’re done curling, let your hair cool, then run your fingers through your waves for a more natural look, then spritz with hairspray.

3.) Scrunch it: If your hair is naturally wavy, you can get beach waves in like 2 minutes. Literally just spritz some sea
salt spray, to towel-dried hair and scrunch it. Let it air dry and you’ll have that perfect beach wave look.

4.) Straightener: A flat iron, can have many uses. You can not only use it to obviously straighten your hair, but also curl it! Take one inch sections of straight hair, clamp a few inches

below the root, slowly move the iron down and rotate in a halfway turn. While rotating seamlessly move the iron down your hair.

5.) Curling Iron: Before doing anything involving a hot tool, make sure to spray hair with hair protectant. Follow that up by brushing through to get rid of any tangles. Using a wide-barrel iron, take on inch sections of your hair, open the clamp, twist & curl, and move it down your hair, leaving out the bottom two inches. For beachy, messier waves, you should alternate between curling your hair towards and away from your face.

With five different waves to get that perfect beach wave look, I’d say you’re just about ready to hit the beach. Just don’t forget your Dark Tanning Oil by Sainte Muse so you can get a perfect tan to match your perfect hair. (;
